The deterioration of the plunger working surfaces and sleeve worsens economic environmental performance diesel engine. Therefore, restoring worn pairs with an increase in their wear resistance is economically feasible. problem proposed to be solved by method diffusion metallization obtain hardening coatings based on iron carbides, nitrides borides alloying elements. ( Research purpose) To evaluate effect temperature regimes deformation plungers during boriding. (Materials methods) following parameters technological process are accepted: composition powder mixture, exposure time, cooling time containers, thickness coating, deflection part. materials under research 45steel, KhVG steel, 25Kh5MA steel after nitriding dissociated ammonia at fuel equipment manufacturer.
